Key Responsibilities
Operational Oversight
- Supervise daily operations (DCM Help Desk / Smartsheet) within the Facilities Management Group to ensure smooth execution of tasks and adherence to established procedures.
- Monitor and manage project timelines, ensuring that all activities are completed on schedule and within scope.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including work orders, maintenance logs (Smartsheet), compliance records, and operational reports.
- Report directly to the Facilities Management Section Manager, providing regular updates on progress, issues, and improvements.
- Oversee all activities related to facilities management, including maintenance, vendor coordination, and safety inspection.
Construction Knowledge
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of construction works and methodologies, including site preparation, structural systems, finishing works, and safety standards.
- Support construction-related activities and ensure alignment with facilities management goals.
- Possess a sound understanding of contracting processes, including vendor selection, bidding, negotiation, and compliance with procurement policies.
Communication Skills
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Utilize strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail to identify issues, propose solutions, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, contractors, and service providers to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Graduate of BS Electrical/Electronics Engineering or any related course.
- With knowledge/background in construction.
- Will address all store requests related to bulb requests/electrical concerns.
- Will be assigned in GABC Balintawak; office-based but will mostly do field work.
- Complete mandatory requirements: SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, TIN.
- 13th month pay.
- Probationary period / regularization after 6 months.
- Paid overtime.
- Other benefits will be discussed during final interview.
