Associate Developer

This job is part of the Digital Customer Excellence Value chain, accounting for :60 % of Grundfos’ annual revenue. We organize into individual Scrum (Product) teams where Grundfos empowers the team to decide the innovation and maintenance of several products, together with a Scrum Master and a Product Owner. i.e., The product team is empowered to evaluate best distribution of tasks to be done when serving the vision and strategy from Grundfos.

The person in this position is expected to show a very high eagerness to learn and work together within a team setting as well as with colleagues from other teams.

The work location will be at Grundfos Manila, but in agreement with your team, you can arrange days working from home.

Your main responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain AEM frontend solutions through writing clean code and promoting flexible frontend architecture.
• Deliver value to the customers, users, and other stakeholders together with the Product Team – be a team player.
• Participate in business analysis and refinement, software design and development, and deployment processes.
• Continuously learn new technologies, domains, and practices by collaborating within and outside the Product Team.
  
  

Your required skills and experience include:

• Has at least 3 years of software development experience specifically on creating / maintaining web applications
• Experience with a frontend framework like Vue.Js, React, or Angular
• Experience with Java development (at least JDK 8)
• Experience in consuming REST services
• Experience in JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Experience with NPM, Node.js
• Experience with Unit Testing
  
  

Nice to have:

• Experience with Vue 2/3
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager as a developer
• Experience with SpringBoot
• Experience in any Build Tools like Maven/Gradle, Vite/Webpack
• Experience working with modern software engineering practices such as test-driven development, refactoring, continuous integration and delivery, emergent design, etc.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Familiar with Code Quality tools like Sonarqube / eslint / stylelint, etc.
• Experience using software development tools such as Git, Jira, Gradle/Maven, SQL, Jasper Reports, Jenkins, etc.
• Experience with K8s / Openshift development
• Experience with Docker/containerization
• Experience with event platforms (consumer part) such as Azure, Kafka, SAP etc.,,
• Experience with Functional testing maybe even automation testing in QA tools like TestRail/PlayWright, Selenium, Test Café etc.
• Experience working in a Scrum Team as a Team Member
• Experience facilitating discussions with stakeholders when necessary
• Proven track record of delivering maintainable, scalable and optimized systems
