Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and meticulous member to join our team. You will be responsible for accurately inputting and organizing data into our systems. Your role will require a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring that all information is entered correctly and consistently. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skill, both verbal and written, be highly organized, and possess the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly and professionally
- Process moderate customer transactions. Including but not limited to
orders, and legislative questions.
- Accurately encode data into the company database, ensuring that all information is entered correctly and in a timely manner.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents, and check for any discrepancies or errors before entry.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy
- Identify and report any data-related issues or concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
- Adhere to the company's security policies, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of information.
- Participate in process improvements and system related projects on improving
- Prioritize and meet deadlines for assigned tasks, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience on a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to navigate and use Excel, and other Microsoft products.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a strong ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in data.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and under limited supervision.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
