What Are The Roles And Responsibilities

• Maintains market measurement tools to enable high quality data and report delivery for fact-based business tracking that guide decision making across URC categories and markets (BCFG PH and URCI).
• Manages and implements up-to-date advanced analytics solutions to help analyze operational efficiency and build business models across URC categories and markets (BCFG PH and URCI).
• Drive URC capability building (including self) on brand market measurement and advanced analytics to ensure that the framework and analytics are understood and properly utilized by stakeholders across URC categories and markets.
• Consolidates data and designs impactful reports/scorecards to inform decision-making and act as the knowledge custodian of all the CMI documents and data.
• Support other key elements of the CMI agenda including but not limited to: Strategic vendor management, Efficient budget management and helping build capabilities within the CMI teams as well as the broader Marketing, Sales, and Innovation organization.
  
  

What Are The Qualifications

• College graduate with 5+ years of market research experience in Consumer Goods or a related industry; Preferably graduate of Statistics, Economics, Communications Research
• Proficient on technical knowledge and business application of research methodologies; proficient with Nielsen RMS data and experience in data analytics; mastery of Excel and data processing/statistical processing tools/software (eg. SPSS, SAS, etc.)
• Strong understanding of marketing and sales principles
• Broad understanding of consumer and market trends
• Combination of: Analytical thinking with an ability to identify patterns within data + Creative thinking to support development of new ideas
• Leadership/Project Management Skills: Set direction on projects and execute with excellence, manage projects/analysis ensuring accurate and timely delivery of insights/requirements
