Join the Thermo Fisher Scientific team as an Optimization Specialist I, where you can contribute to world-class healthcare solutions. Collaborate with project leads to design, develop, deliver, and improve our innovative products, programs, and services, ensuring flawless processes and audit readiness.
Summarized Purpose:
Supports the design, development, delivery sustainment and improvement of products, programs, and services in order to optimize processes, behaviors, performance and audit readiness. Accountable for assigned activities and initiatives aimed at supporting and/or ensuring quality operational delivery via
efficient and effective processes, associated systems, training and communications.
Responsibilities:
Build exceptional support materials, presentations, and tools to align with department strategies.
Prepare, coordinate, and deliver working group materials and communications per established timelines.
Support process improvement initiatives, and lead simple projects to optimize performance.
Participate in initiatives to improve and assess compliance with processes, systems, training, and communications.
Complete special projects and administrative tasks as required.
Train team members to achieve proven results.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.
Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 2 years).
Previous clinical research experience is preferred.
In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.
