Responsibilities

- Lead & Motivate: Support the Store Supervisor in managing and inspiring a team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Sales & Inventory Management: Monitor sales performance, track stock levels, and coordinate timely replenishments to meet demand.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze sales trends, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Customer Engagement: Act as a brand ambassador, gathering customer feedback and sharing insights with the head office to improve offerings and services.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams.
- Highly driven, goal-oriented, and motivated to exceed targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Word and Excel.
- Prior experience as a Supervisor or Officer-in-Charge (OIC) in a leading retail store is essential.
- Willing to work six days a week in Robinsons Antipolo.
