The Advertising and Public Relations Assistant Manager assists the Senior Marketing Manager and the Marketing Associate Director in managing, planning and executing all related to advertising campaigns, projects, marketing communication and strategies to manage the image and reputation of Vision Express.
QUALIFICATIONS:
●BSBA Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Social Sciences, Advertising, or any related discipline from a reputable university.
●With at least 7-9 years of related work experience in a related industry of notable size, complexity, and significance, with at least 2 to 4 years of supervisory experience
●Exceptional writing and editing skills and the ability to write compelling copy and press releases
●Excellent communication and presentation skills
●Superior intrapersonal skills with established connections with media outlets and relevant personalities
●Solid knowledge of social media, online marketing, and internet culture
●Strong leadership and people management skills
●Creative thinking with an affinity for innovation and problem-solving
●Good experience in event planning
●Attention to detail and multitasking skills
●In-depth knowledge of the latest industry trends and best practices
●Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS PPT tools is a must.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Advertising
- Plans, Implements and manages advertising campaigns to promote Vision Express through historical sales data analysis of product category and customer demographics
- Oversees and executes advertising projects, such as but not limited to OOH, in-mall advertisement, Digital advertisements, Social Media & Print Advertisement and customer engagement.
- Handles and manages different agencies (PR, advertising agency)
- Evaluates partnership, sponsorship, and advertising opportunities.
- Evaluates all advertising campaigns and prepares post-mortem through sales data to evaluate project effectiveness
2. Public Relation
- Develops a Marketing Communications plan, including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics.
- Creates and maintains good media/influencer relations.
- Manage media inquiries and requests.
- Monitor and analyze PR Results quarterly.
- Create Content for Press Releases, Articles and for company managed soc med platforms.
- Closely Coordinates with the PR Agency.
