About The Role

As an Assistant Manager for Talent Management under the Human Resources and Admin Department, you will be leading the company’s talent management strategies forward. You’ll work closely with the Head of HR to execute initiatives across the entire employee lifecycle, from attracting top talents to nurturing their growth and ensuring their success.

This is a hands-on position where you’ll get to own processes, lead projects, solve complex challenges, and make an immediate impact on our company’s culture and performance. General Responsibilities

  • Champion our company's culture and values to attract top-tier talent.
  • Oversee the full recruitment process, ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement an engaging onboarding program that sets new hires up for success.
  • Design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and support career growth.
  • Facilitate a robust performance management cycle that encourages continuous feedback and development.
  • Design career pathways and leadership programs to help employees reach their full potential.
  • Identify and prepare high-potential employees for key leadership roles.
  • Design and manage our rewards and recognition programs to celebrate and motivate employees.
  • Use data to measure the effectiveness of our talent programs and inform strategic decisions.
  • Establish systems for capturing, sharing, and leveraging organizational knowledge.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in an HR role, with a strong focus on talent management, and at least 2-3 years of work experience as an educator/trainer or as L&D specialist.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple HR functions, including recruitment, L&D, and performance management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Keen eyes for details and aptitude for visual design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive and innovative mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and programs.
  • Experience with multimedia editing and talent management software is a plus.
