Job Description

Get to know the Role:

You will sit with the Commercial Operations and Planning team, focusing on improving the merchants' integration to the Grab platform, from merchant acquisition until enablement and training. You will experience the excitement of running daily operations, working with multiple businesses and looking for opportunities to improve merchant experience. Internally, we try to improve efficiency.

You will report directly to the Manager of Commercial Operations & Planning. This is a hybrid role, where you will need to travel to our Ortigas office.

The Critical Tasks You will Perform

  • You will improve the merchant acquisition and enablement processes, from acquisition, onboarding, activation and training.
  • You will monitor and improve key performance indicators associated with merchant support and experience, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • You will collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth operations
  • You will plan end-to-end workflow from initiation to support solutions and policies

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You will Need:

  • 3+ years experience in operations, analytics, or project management.
  • 3+ years experience in sales and support processes.
  • Experience in process analysis and continuous improvement programs
  • Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects,
  • Experience balancing multiple sales opportunities.
  • Experience in the food industry
