ASSISTANT MANAGER FOR CONSUMER MARKETING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (NORTH-EAST LUZON/ BICOL, MANILA)

Role Overview

• Drives the execution of in-store and direct-to-consumer programs to ensure sales and market growth.
• Acts as the key liaison between Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Area Business Teams.
• Leads demand forecasting to support business targets.
• Represents Consumer Health business unit in North East Luzon / Bicol, identifying market opportunities and implementing growth strategies.
• Sales & Operations Planning: Translates strategies into execution plans, reviews performance, and optimizes sales growth.
• Marketing Program Execution: Develops impactful consumer and in-store programs, ensuring timely execution and evaluation.
• Budget & Spending Efficiency: Manages resources to ensure cost-effective marketing programs with measurable returns.
• Area Business Representation: Identifies regional opportunities and implements tailored marketing initiatives.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• With at least 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Business Development, Product Marketing, or a similar role
• A native of Bicol or North-East Luzon (NEL), or with proven experience in handling the Bicol or NEL market, with deep market insights, an understanding of local consumer behavior, and established regional networks
• Willing to travel frequently for fieldwork and business needs.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a growth mindset and a proactive approach.
