Join the dynamic GrabAds Philippines team. The team is looking for a professional in the ad-tech industry to grow our advertising sales. The team collaborates closely to build strong partnerships with top global brands and media agencies, delivering impactful advertising solutions.
Get to Know the Role
As an Assistant Manager, Client Partner, you will help accelerate sales revenue by developing new accounts and growing existing ones. You will reach out to potential advertisers, nurturing long-term partnerships with leading global brands and media agencies in the Philippines. Your goal is to generate multi-million dollar annual revenue and demonstrate positive results for advertisers using our ad solutions.
You will report directly to the Head, Client Partnerships. You will be based onsite at our Ortigas office with flexible work arrangements.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will increase sales revenue by generating new accounts and growing existing accounts in GrabAds, within assigned accounts and verticals to meet targets.
- You will foster and secure long-term partnerships with top global brands and media agencies.
- You will initiate and present business proposals to achieve partners' growth using Grab's advertising solutions.
- You will collaborate with the GrabAds team, Marketing and Merchants team to ensure campaign goals.
- You will deliver advertising outcomes, showcasing the value of Grab's ad solutions.
- You will present to media managers and senior marketing leaders, creating compelling pitches.
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- You have 3+ years experience in digital media sales in the Philippines.
- You have experience working with advertising agencies
- You will identify potential leads through market research and data analysis is crucial.
- You have experience in B2B selling and pitching to both local and multinational brands, ad products or services.
- You will convey ideas and strategies to clients and team members is crucial.
- You will keep projects on track, managing timelines, and coordinating with different teams.
