The role will be responsible in planning and delivering the strategic objectives of the Workplace Solutions team, handling day-to-day Office Administration and Employee Services, and manage and lead enterprise events.

- Plan and execute strategic objectives of the team revolving around enhancing efficiency, optimizing workflows, and streamlining operations
- Manage the day-to-day tasks of the Workplace Solutions team handling office admin and employee services.
- Ensure timely delivery of services based on requests / tickets to meet the teams KPIs.
- Handle the planning and execution of company events in coordination with various stakeholders.
- Drive and monitor key performance indicators, review and update policies.
- Develop, monitor, and review annual objectives and individual development plans for team members.
