Assistant Food and Beverage Manager
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Assistant Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of our F&B operations.
As an assistant manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences, while effectively forecasting, planning, and managing F&B orders, staff, and finances.
Your primary objective will be to manage day to day operations by consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations, fostering employee engagement, and maintaining a strong focus on quality and efficiency.

Assistant Food and Beverage Manager
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Assistant Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of our F&B operations.
As an assistant manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences, while effectively forecasting, planning, and managing F&B orders, staff, and finances.

Responsibilities
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Design menus and make necessary improvements from time to time
- Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
- Assist in leading the F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
- Assist in establishing policies and procedures
- Help oversee commissary operations as scheduled
- Assess suppliers that will be at par within approved standards
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Ensure expenses are within approved budgets
- Report on management regarding efficiency, results and productivity
- Proven food and beverage management experience
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
- Communication and leadership skills
- Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
- Guest-oriented and service-minded
