- Oversees the day to day operation of the selling floor in the achievement of store sales targets.
- Ensures all selling personnel provides excellent customer service.
- Helps identify fast-moving items and ensures prompt replenishment of stocks.
- Ensures proper and timely endorsement of return of bad orders to suppliers in coordination with merchandising and warehouse.
- Helps oversee the accurate and proper monitoring of stocks in the storage and selling area.
- Coordinates with warehouse for stock ordering to support the store sales and service delivery.
- Ensures prompt replenishment of products in the selling area.
- Implements proper handling procedure of merchandise against breakage or damage.
