ASSISTANT ACCOUNT MANAGER

Role Overview

• Helps define IT strategies and account plans, aligning with stakeholders to meet business needs.
• Coordinates with CIT departments and third-party providers for project resources.
• Gathers project requirements from users and stakeholders, ensuring alignment.
• Manages IT projects using agile methods, ensuring timely delivery and tracking risks.
• Monitors progress, provide updates, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Recommends improvements to optimize IT services and reduce costs.
• Assists with budget management and represent the department in solutions.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (4-year course), preferably in Engineering, MIS, Computer Science, or IT.
• At least 7-10 years of related experience (Business Analysis, Project Management & Agile Methodologies, Information Systems Design, Effective Communications)
• Experience with E-commerce platforms and Digital Marketing solutions is a plus.
• Has strong understanding of Agile practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
• Has basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), IT infrastructure (networking, cloud services like AWS and Azure, and end-user computing), and security/compliance principles
• Proficient in using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Jira to analyze data, track IT project progress, monitor IT scorecards and budgets, and drive data-informed decision-making.
• Experience with E-commerce platforms and Digital Marketing solutions is a plus.
• ITIL Service Management and Scrum Master certifications are highly desirable
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
