We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Asset Disposal Head to lead our asset management and disposal initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of asset valuation, compliance, and effective disposal methods to maximize returns while adhering to all regulations.

What You'll Do
Develop and implement asset disposal strategies that align with company objectives
Analyze and evaluate assets for optimal disposal options
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with legal and environmental standards
Conduct market research to identify potential buyers or partners for asset sales
Oversee the preparation of assets for sale, including refurbishment or documentation as necessary
Monitor and report on the financial performance of disposed assets
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years of experience in asset management or related field
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Knowledge of regulatory requirements surrounding asset disposal
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software tools
