Job Description
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Monitoring the daily attendance of SOC personnel and coordinating with manpower agencies regarding attendance accuracy or concerns
- Answers queries, schedules meetings, and supports visitors
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree
- Preferably with 1-2 years' prior experience in the Warehouse, E-commerce, and Logistics field under an Inventory Management and Admin Assistant position
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets is required
- Able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Keen to details and highly organized
- Willing to be assigned in Meycauayan, Bulacan
