Assembly Equipment Technician

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• The Assembly Equipment Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the automated and semi-automated front-of-line equipment, performs preventive maintenance and machine calibration. He/she is also in charge to keep documentation up-to-date, as work instructions, maintenance plans, PM's and calibration records.
  
  

Education & Experience

• Preferably a graduate of engineering, technical or vocational courses.
• At least 2 years semiconductor front-of-line assembly equipment technician experience.
  
  

Skills

• Experience in a semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience with diebonding (ESEC Micron, Infotech), wirebonding (Delvotek G4/G5 series, KNS Iconn Plus), Temperature Cycling (Weiss Technik) equipment and shear testing (Dage).
• Hands-on attitude, initiave and resourcefulness, is a must
• Strong knowledge on equipment maintenance (repair, troubleshooting, training, calibration and PM, etc) with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong verbal and communication skills
• Effective team player and possess coordinating skills
• MS Office knowledge
