The work:

Aruba Wireless Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Network Troubleshooting & Optimization: Diagnose and resolve wireless network issues, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Wireless Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain security policies, including 802.1X authentication, role-based access control (RBAC), and guest network configurations.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to operational teams.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, vendors, and leadership to support business objectives and ensure seamless wireless connectivity.

Performance Monitoring: Utilize Aruba tools like Aruba Central for proactive monitoring and analytics.

Deep understanding of Wi-Fi standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax), RF fundamentals, and wireless security protocols.

Strong knowledge of VLANs, QoS, routing, and switching.

Here’s what you’ll need:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Strong experience in Aruba Wireless Technology.
