About The Role
Infinitee is seeking a visionary and strategic Art Director to lead the creative development of brand campaigns across digital and print platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and strategy — transforming briefs into compelling visual narratives that engage audiences, drive conversions, and elevate brand presence.
As Art Director, you’ll oversee end-to-end campaign execution, mentor junior creatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including copywriters, designers, project managers, and clients. You’ll also play a pivotal role in developing branding and visual identity systems — crafting and evolving brand guidelines to ensure cohesive, high-impact expression across all channels.

- Lead the creative development of multi-platform brand campaigns—from concept to execution—translating brand strategies into impactful visual solutions.
- Develop and communicate clear creative direction rooted in strong visual storytelling.
- Create and evolve branding and visual identity systems, including logos, typography, color palettes, and brand guidelines.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels, campaigns, and deliverables.
- Present campaign concepts, mood boards, and design solutions to internal teams and clients.
- Guide and review designer work to maintain high creative standards and strategic alignment.
- Foster a collaborative, team-first environment, working closely with copywriters, strategists, and project managers.
- Utilize project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) to manage creative workflows, track progress, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive creative edge.
- Contribute to new business pitches and client presentations with innovative ideas and visuals.
- Design & Layout: Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
