- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable to fast-phase environment
- Time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines/accomplishments
- Ability to understand drawings and blueprints
- Wide range understanding to construction industry that will observe work requirements such as but not limited to:
- Providing adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices and safety needs
- Regularly reporting project status to supervisors, site engineers/architects and other officials
