Your Role

As a Architectural Estimator – Kitchen & Bath Projects , you will be primarily responsible for the execution of detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimation for kitchen and bath cabinetry projects. You will:

• Review architectural and construction drawings to perform detailed plan take-offs for bidding purposes.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for bids, proposals, and ongoing projects using our estimate template.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine scope and materials needed.
• Collaborate with the sales and project teams to develop competitive pricing strategies.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of estimates, bid documents, and revisions.k 5] Develop and execute targeted campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• 2-5 years of estimating experience in construction, cabinetry, or design environments.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and technical drawings.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in estimating and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or Cabinet Vision)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments.
  
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• A background in architecture, engineering, or construction management.
• Experience with kitchen and bath cabinet design or prior work experience in a kitchen and bath company is a major plus
• Proficiency in specialized software like Cabinet Vision.
• An engineering or sales background with hands-on Salesforce experience.
