Responsibilities:
- Provides support and helps oversee monitoring of different projects and designs.
- Coordinates with the client and technical team to meet the client's satisfaction in terms of any sudden changes and revision
- Utilizes MS Office applications for multiple paper works
- Prepares construction drawing in sketches through software tools such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Civil 3D, and more for technical progress
- Efficiently uses AutoCAD for designs, details and revisions
- Amenable to handle multiple projects at once
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture
- PRC License is not required but an advantage
- At least 3-5 working experience as project-in-charge architect
- Must know how to communicate with local and foreign clients
- With leadership skills
- Additional training certificates is a plus
- Must be committed to work and be assigned in Siargao Island
- Preferably residing in Visayas and Mindanao
