Your Role

As a AR/AP Specialist, You Will

• Maintain accurate records of supplier income agreements, trading terms contracts, and promotional coop programs.
• Monitor and reconcile supplier income payments, invoices, and rebates to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Work with the finance department to allocate and account for supplier income in accordance with company processes.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to plan, execute, and ensure compliance of marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare and submit end-of-month reports on supplier income, coop expenses, ROI, and rebate compliance.
• Maintain and audit master files for supplier trading terms to ensure data accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company requirements related to supplier income and coop programs.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to optimize supplier income, rebates, and coop strategies.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Proven experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.
• Strong background in general accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience with rebates management and compliance.
• Prior invoice processing experience.
• Familiarity with financial ledgers and reporting requirements.
  
  

Preferred skills/expertise

• Experience with MS Dynamics.
• Knowledge in financial collections and debt recovery.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
