As An AR/AP Clerk, You Will
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain records of supplier income agreements and retail trading terms contracts.
- Monitor supplier income payments, reconcile invoices, and coordinate with finance for allocations.
- Ensure compliance with rebates, discounts, and retail promotional programs, escalating variances as needed.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders on promotional campaigns and reporting.
- Audit master trading term files and maintain organized documentation for compliance.
- Prepare reports on supplier income, rebates, collections, and ROI to support decision-making.
- Meet end-of-month deadlines for AR/AP reporting, supplier income, and analysis.
Non-negotiables
- Prior experience in invoice processing and collections.
- Strong background in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and rebates.
- Working knowledge of financial ledgers and accounting principles.
- Experience in retail finance or supplier income management.
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with MS Dynamics or similar ERP systems.
- Financial analysis and reporting experience.
- Exposure to retail supplier income governance and rebate compliance.
- Experience coordinating retail promotions and marketing claims.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
