Key Responsibilities:

• Has responsibility for daily people leadership in smaller sub teams, focusing on specific sub processes or geographies.
• Provides input to and manages the daily activities under the supervision and guidance of the manager.
• Is often a senior with specific insight to the process, which enables coaching of team members.
• Participates in transactional work as required as well.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years as a people manager experience supporting AR or Collections business
• Fluent in Spanish and English languages
• Amenable to work with midshift schedule
• Proven exemplary track record with people management.
