If you're looking for a role where you can make a significant impact and work with a supportive and fun team, you've found the right place!
Where You Come In
- You will be the subject matter expert in payment application process (SME)
- You can drive investigation and resolution of unidentified payments and deductions
- You can assist Finance Manager in Escalations pertaining to AR
- You are the team’s focal and go to person by other business partners in resolving difficult customer accounts
- You will adhere to continuous follow up in clearing open items
- You can provide factual recommendations, based on factual information, pertaining to write-off and refund.
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration or any other 4-year business related course
- You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Accounts Receivables
- You have good customer service orientation and with good analytical and interpersonal skills
- You are Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
- Proficiency in English communication skills (written and spoken)
- You can Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
