Your Role

As an Appointment Setter, you will:

• Be responsible for being a first point of contact for customers and inbound inquiries. They are responsible for answering the phone to book appointments and/or transfer people to the correct department.
• They are primarily responsible for pre-sales conversions via appointments for the Sales Team, following up on leads/inquiries, and nurturing prospects to conversion.
• Call Handling -
  
  

Readily answers all inbound calls and inquiries with positive attitude and great customer service, and either schedules them into an appointment or transfers the person to the correct department.

Monitors missed calls through call log.

Promptly calls back any missed calls, dropped calls, or voicemails from throughout the day, over the weekend, or from the night before.

• Lead Handling -
  
  

Monitors incoming digital leads via lead queue and follows lead outreach nurture sequence accordingly with the goal of scheduling appointments

Monitors the website’s chatbot and answers website visitor inquiries promptly, with the goal of converting the lead into an appointment. Inputs lead information into CRM if applicable.

Monitors our messaging platform, Birdeye, for incoming messages from leads that come through various sources, such as Facebook, Google Business Pages, and others.

Monitors, categorizes, inputs leads into CRM, and follows up on leads from Milgard SmartLead Program.

Manages leads in Local Services Ads (LSA), by reviewing, categorizing, and asking for credit on unconverted leads

Checks Angi’s platforms and categories and asks for credit on unconverted leads.

• Appointment Scheduling -
  
  

Schedule appointments in i360 CRM for in-home, virtual or showroom appointments on the Design Consultants’ calendars.

Fill out all necessary key inputs such as estimated appt. value, type of appointment, lead source, contact info, appt. date/time, etc.

• Lead & Prospect Nurturing -
  
  

Follows up with leads following the standardized lead outreach sequence.

Nurture prospects that have already completed appointments but haven’t sold, nurture them to conversion in our Rehash program

• Other Duties -
  
  

Assists and receives direction from the Pre-Sales Lead on lead management, appointment scheduling, nurturing and other pre-sales priorities.

Assists with front-facing, public inbox, [email protected] for all email inquiries.

Complete certain tasks assigned by HR, as needed.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or other related field. This can be offset with relevant practical experience.
• 3-5+ years of experience with customer service and call handling.
• 1+ years in sales or upselling preferred
• Ability to handle multiple conflicting priorities and be adaptable to one’s environment.
• Strong problem solver.
• Experience working with technical programs (Sales Force, Outlook)
