Appointment Setter – Commercial Real Estate

With a reputation for integrity and exceptional client experience, we’re poised to scale rapidly, and we’re looking for a dynamic Capital Markets Analyst to help us achieve this vision.

Purpose Overview:

We are hiring two appointment setters to source, qualify, and schedule meetings with commercial real estate developers, brokers, and investors. This is a critical role on our sales team, focused on generating deal flow and building relationships through consistent outreach and high-level conversations. You will use cold calling, LinkedIn messaging, and email outreach to book meetings for our capital advisors. The role requires strong verbal communication, attention to detail, and comfort in a structured outbound sales process.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls and follow-up outreach
  • Research prospects and build tailored outreach using templates
  • Manage LinkedIn and email campaigns to engage target contacts
  • Maintain a clean CRM with detailed notes on all touchpoints
  • Schedule appointments and ensure confirmations and handoffs
  • Join weekly team syncs to review performance and adjust approach

Requirements

  • Communication: Clear, confident, persuasive verbal communication
  • Initiative: Self-driven, executes without needing close oversight
  • Teamwork: Collaborates with sales team and shares feedback
  • Attention: to Detail Maintains organized records and messaging accuracy
  • Results: Orientation Tracks and improves KPIs weekly
  • English: Fluency Excellent spoken and written English; professional tone
  • CRM Experience: Familiarity with HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar

  • $3–$4/hour base depending on experience and fluency
