Who Were Looking For
- You know how to get conversations started and keep them moving until the meeting is booked.
- Youve done appointment setting before - both inbound and cold outreach - and you understand how to qualify prospects fast.
- Youre fluent in English, comfortable switching between channels (email, phone, WhatsApp, Telegram), and you dont hesitate to follow up until you get the result.
- You have a background or at least a strong interest in digital marketing, and you get excited about working with businesses in high-risk industries (Crypto, iGaming, Nutra, Dating, etc.).
- Youre ambitious and see this role as a stepping stone into sales - you want to grow, close bigger deals, and get rewarded for performance.
- Connect with inbound prospects who sign up through our channels, qualify them, and get them on the calendar for a sales call/demo.
- Attack an existing database of past inbound leads to generate new qualified appointments.
- Follow up consistently, manage conversations across multiple platforms, and make sure no lead slips through the cracks.
- Get through all your allocated inbound messages received via our CRM, daily.
- Get through all your previously booked calls, daily.
- Daily follow-ups with prospects until theyre booked or disqualified.
- Keeping the pipeline clean, updated, and moving.
- A clear career path to move up the ranks in sales & marketing (with on-the-job training).
