Job Title: Appointment Setter

Location: Remote (Central Time Zone)

Salary Range: $1,000 - $1,200 USD per month

Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Central Time)

About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Appointment Setter to join our team and support our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold calling prospects, scheduling initial meetings with our Vice Presidents, and gathering essential information to prepare for these meetings. The role requires a strong focus on following processes accurately, generating quality leads, and helping prospects navigate through the meeting setup process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to prospects and schedule initial meetings with McAdam VPs.
  • Maintain a pickup to set rate of 25:1 or better.
  • Collect necessary goals and account details from prospects to assist VPs in meeting preparation.
  • Achieve 70% of sets with complete backends.
  • Ensure that 20% of initial meetings are considered quality meetings.
  • Run prospects through a clear agenda to set expectations and build excitement for the meeting.
  • Conduct follow-ups with prospects to confirm meetings.
  • Maintain a set-to-seen rate of 2.5:1 or better.
  • Follow up with prospects who missed initial meetings to reschedule them.
  • Qualify and generate new leads using LinkedIn and ZoomInfo.
  • Generate 100 actionable qualified leads (AQLs) per week.
  • Participate in phone clinics, group trainings, and one-on-one training sessions to enhance your skills.

Required Skills/Characteristics

  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong natural sales instincts and a desire to excel in sales.
  • Ability to follow processes meticulously with a strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to receive and implement feedback from leaders to continuously improve performance.
  • A positive attitude with a desire to elevate the performance of the entire team.
  • Driven by a passion to achieve top-tier results and improve skills consistently.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous cold calling and sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in financial services, insurance, real estate, or technology is a plus.
