Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for acting as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Your typical day will involve using exceptional communication skills to keep world-class systems running smoothly. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Provide accurate definition and interpretation of client issues. - Design resolutions based on deep product knowledge. - Maintain ongoing client communication for system or application support. - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Infrastructure Monitoring - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Japanese Language - Strong understanding of IT infrastructure monitoring tools and techniques. - Ability to analyze and interpret system performance data. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. - Excellent communication skills for client interaction and support. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Infrastructure Monitoring. - This position is based at our Cebu office. Minimum 1 year(s) of experience is required
