About The Role


We’re looking for an entry level Application Support Specialist to add to our application support team. If you’re experienced, flexible, are looking for a new challenge, and want to join a passionate team of application support team, this position is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to customers inquires using phone and email concerns and ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Act as a First Source of Contact for any Application Related Concerns
• Work Closely with level 2 and BAs to Track Problems and Resolve incidents
• Analyze and identify application related bugs and report to 2 nd level
• Track application related bugs and apply Work Around
• Collaborate with team members to maintain equal quality of service
  
  

What You’ll Need

• Bachelors degree in I.T or Computer Science
• E xperience working as a Customer Service Representative or IT Helpdesk
• Basic Knowledge with front-end application languages like HTML, CSS, and Javascript
• Basic knowledge with Programming Languages like VB.Net, ASP.Net, C++
• Troubleshooting Experience with Mobile Applications
• Experience with Property Management Accounting Based Softwares
• Familiar with Database technology like MySQL and Oracle
• Can work with Minimal supervision
• Great organization skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Collaborate with team members to maintain equal quality of service Track application related bugs and apply Work Around
