Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will be dynamic, requiring you to analyze software components, collaborate with team members, and provide effective solutions to enhance system performance and user experience. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to discussions and share your insights to improve processes and outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues in a timely manner. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and user experience. - Document and communicate findings and solutions effectively to stakeholders. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve support processes. - Provide training and support to team members and users as needed. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Platform Partner Ecosystem Enablement. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Developer Ecosystem, Software Product & Platform Interface & API Engineering, Mandarin Chinese Language. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex software issues. - Experience with software development methodologies and tools. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Familiarity with system integration and API management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Platform Partner Ecosystem Enablement. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 1 year(s) of experience is required
