Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members, analyzing user needs, and implementing solutions that enhance functionality and user experience. You will also participate in discussions to share insights and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Develop and maintain high-quality code while adhering to best practices and coding standards. - Conduct testing and debugging to ensure application performance and reliability. - Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Multiplatform Front End Development React. - Strong understanding of web development principles and frameworks. - Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Multiplatform Front End Development React. - This position is based at our Cebu office.
