Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Your typical day will involve developing and customizing CRM solutions to enhance customer relationship management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Develop and customize CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Design and implement CRM functionalities to meet business needs. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM applications. - Stay updated on CRM industry trends and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM). - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional, Microsoft Power Apps. - Strong understanding of CRM development and customization. - Experience in integrating CRM with other business applications. - Knowledge of CRM data migration and system integration. - Ability to create and maintain technical documentation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM). - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 1 year(s) of experience is required
