Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements.
Summary: As an Application Designer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve defining requirements and designing applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application needs. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members, analyzing user requirements, and creating design specifications that align with organizational goals. You will also participate in discussions to address challenges and contribute innovative solutions to enhance application functionality and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. - Design and document application specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives. - Conduct testing and validation of applications to ensure quality and performance. - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance application design. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM). - Strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis. - Experience with application design and development methodologies. - Proficient in data integration and management techniques. - Familiarity with database management systems and data modeling. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM). - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
