Application Consultant, JIRA
Hybrid - Ortigas, Pasig City
As an Application Consultant for JIRA, your main task is to provide support to about 2000 global users within Grundfos Group. You will ensure that JIRA is a stable platform for teams and projects globally.
You will also provide training to ensure efficient and standardized usage of JIRA. In addition, you will support defining workflows and standard reports. You may also create and maintain roadmap for other Atlassian products within Grundfos.
This role will be based in Ortigas, Pasig City and report directly to the Senior Manager for IS Product Lifecycle Management.

- Monitoring of system performance
- memory usage
- Server set-up
- Maintenance of Installation packages
- Renewal of licenses
- License utilization
- Standard templates
- Reporting set-up and maintenance
- User rights
- User administration
- General user support
- Training
- Disseminate knowledge and best practice
- Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Professional Knowledge and experience with JIRA
- Experience working in a global company
- Knowledge and experience with Atlassian products in general:
- WIKI, BitBucket and DOORS NG
- Relevant work experience either as a heavy user of Jira or from a ServiceDesk
- Fluent in English (Company language)
- Knowledge of ServiceNow, LeanIX and Azure DevOps
