Models, Analytics, & Insighting Officer Supports The Data-driven Business Strategies Of Retail Lending Group By Focusing On Any Of The Following

  • Developing, deploying and monitoring risk and decision models for credit life cycle management while preserving healthy portfolio quality and ensuring that best practices in data science are applied.
  • Integrating the proper analytics framework with capable reporting tools to transform mined data into real-time dashboards and regular reports for performance monitoring and operational reviews.
  • Establishing appropriate standards and controls for data documentation, maintenance, security, and sustainability.
  • Initiating the proposal and execution of new lending programs backed up by market research, internal policy review, and portfolio metrics analysis, while conducting regular monitoring and timely review of program performance together with other campaigns.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Risk Management Support: Drive the development, validation, and user acceptance testing of credit models and ensure appropriate implementation downstream. Regularly review the performance of scorecards and decision models together with portfolio asset quality to minimize risk of non-performing loans.
  • Data Management: Conduct the extraction of accurate data coming from various BPI systems (LOS, etc.) to develop and publish reports and dashboards for monitoring of functional stakeholders. Ensure use of appropriate tools in all analytics projects, including the monitoring of licenses to always ensure usability.
  • Business/ Planning / Strategy: Support the development and insighting of various studies and other analytics projects to drive market expansion and/or policy refinements. Provide timely reports on campaign analytics and lending program metrics being monitored.
  • Service Delivery: Work, plan and deliver of all analytics projects and/or reports by the department. This ensures that committed deliverables follow through the agreed timelines and business specifications.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage the expectation and understanding of other divisions on the projects/reports/dashboards to be developed and executed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematical Sciences, Physics or Economics or Engineering
  • Data Science or Data Programming Certificate Programs is an advantage
  • Proficiency in SAS, R, Tableau, Power-BI, Python and other data programming, BI tools, and data visualization tools.
  • 1-2 years work experience on Data Analytics/Business Intelligence Solution Delivery, preferably in consumer business
