Analyst - Traded Risk Analysis

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Analyst - Traded Risk Analysis.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures the integrity of Common Data from Primary Trading Systems, Traded Risk Systems and Vault consumed by multiple downstream consumers
• Responsible for monitoring and executing controls as per required asset class (data quality controls, ensures complete, accurate, quality and timely reports sent to stakeholders, with proper adherence to Service Level Agreements (Service Level Agreement)
• Liaises with Regional Market risk analyst and market risk management for any functional requirements
• Where applicable, coordinates with Market risk analyst and market risk management for any regulatory requirements reconciliations/adjustments
• Work with staff to constantly upgrade knowledge and skill set and help them functionally
• Drive the implementation of processes and policies to deliver service excellence by clearly communicating the rationale across sites and ensuring that the entire team functions as one coordinated unit.

Job Requirements:

• A degree / qualification in Finance, Accountancy, Business Management or previous experience in Risk Management (Market Risk) or quantitative courses
• Strong foundation in risk management principles, understanding of market risk measures (i.e. present value basis point, value at risk) and systems
• High level of competency in the production of information, and the ability to process, analyse and interpret market risk reports
• High proficiency in Excel (Visual Basic Application skill would be an advantage), Word and Powerpoint. Average proficiency in MS Access.
• Ability to use and code in Python
• Ability to work cross culturally with a strong collaborative and inclusive mindset, and committed to equal employment opportunities

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
