The role's main responsibility is to support the senior banking coverage staff within sector/country. The jobholder will provide effective administrative and business development support to senior stakeholders in CIB to ensure that services and various requirements are provided in an efficient and timely manner.
Principal Accountabilities:- Coordinating marketing activities, events, resources, meetings, services and managing internal and external stakeholders
- Support execution of internal staff and customer engagement activities
- Prepare briefing notes in advance of key client meetings
- Organizing schedules, maintaining diaries, arranging travel and accommodation
- Manage external relationships and service providers
- Supporting administration, composing presentations, drafting reports, and assisting with key documents such as preparation of proposals, presentations and pitches for new products and service offerings.
- Contribute to effective monitoring of income generation and manage the financial reporting for the client portfolio
- Provide general support to seniors in servicing client relationships and enhancing income generation
- Where required, conduct research, competitor and client level analysis to support business development initiatives
- Understand and ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which the jobholder is involved
- Undertake all required activities as directed by line manager or as agreed in annual objectives in support of the furtherment of the business
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. He/ she is exposed to internal and external interactions on a daily basis and needs to establish rapport not only amongst peers but to other contacts as well.
- Exceptional organizational skills are highly essential in keeping the records and documents of the whole department. Keen eye for detail and be able to notice inaccuracy immediately.
- Time management accompanied by high- level multi- tasking abilities as the jobholder handles a number of responsibilities that will be assigned apart from daily, weekly and monthly deliverables.
- Personal drive and initiative to take on and efficiently handle significant work volumes under pressure
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
