Job Description:
- Incumbent will be expected to create People related Dashboards for the leadership team.
- Will be responsible to handle global projects end-to-end related to Human Resources.
- Will be instrumental in building data visualizations (Storytelling).
- Will be handling the global stakeholders directly.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in people analytics & reporting.
- Must have experience in handling large size datasets.
- Must have working knowledge of data visualization tools like Domo or Power BI.
- Proven experience with Advance Excel, SQL and Data Automation.
- Advanced knowledge of programming using Python & Power Apps will be an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
