Analyst - Metrics - Analytics and Reporting

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Placement Analytics Team at Marsh. This role will be based in Manila, Philippines. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Placement Analytics team is instrumental in shaping, developing, and analyzing data to support the business in strategic planning and the management of business activities. This team’s efforts are key to driving informed decisions and achieving business excellence.
We will count on you to:
- Performs data cleansing, validation, and analysis to support strategic planning and business management.
- Produce routine and ad hoc Management Information (MI) reports, perform data analysis, organize data to identify key insights, ensuring fact-based decision-making
- Support for ad hoc requests, assist with knowledge transfer and documentation.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Management Information System, Data Science or related field
- Knowledge in data management (collection, cleansing, validation, analysis, reporting)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
