Description
This position is a vital team member of the Ref Sales, Inventory and Operational Planning (SIOP) team. In this role, you will provide support and guidance to the monthly SIOP process and long range planning process. The support and guidance will be generated from business systems, business intelligence tools and data leading to the creation of analysis and reports for various functional groups in the SIOP process including executive management.
Responsibilities
Data Gathering - Sigma and Demantra used to extract data on sales, shipments, orders, and forecast
Data Analysis - Sigma, Demantra, and Excel used to analyze sales, shipments, orders, and forecast to improve forecast.
Report Generation and Distribution - Sigma, Demantra, and Excel used to compile reports and distribute to various groups. Ref Bookings, Demantra Validation, Customer Market Application Codes, Plant Overviews, OEM Analysis, and Forecast Accuracy
SIOP - Help facilitate SIOP meetings and gathering of information for presentation to various functional groups Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Product and Program Management and Executive Management.
