Analyst, HR Business Partner

What Success Looks Like In This Role

• Provides second level of support to associates and leaders by responding to asks/requests or providing advises, recommendation on HR-related services.
• Implement HR processes and solutions in line with established policies, practices and procedures. These processes include New Hires and Terminations in the covered regions·
• Undertaking change management initiatives, which may involve planning, driving, implementing and managing the change often on a project basis·
• Ensure local HR practices and standards conform to Government and company policy, guidelines and initiatives·
• Prompt, accurate, consistent and quality Human Resource services in the region· Responds to inquiries from employees, managers as well as the HR team (including the AP HR Directors).
• Representing the company at mediation/external meetings regarding employment relations cases, as required
• Reporting and analysis
  
  

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Minimum of 5 years in generalist HR roles with increasing responsibilities - all HR functions·
• Strong Employee Relations experience with ability to provide good advice to leaders and employees·
• Good written & oral communication skills·
• Comes forward in identifying issues with solution options well articulated
• Willingness to take ownership of tasks allocated·
• Commitment to adhere to defined HR processes·
• Takes direction with ease & acceptance.
• Proficient in excel, word, powerpoint & other tools in the Microsoft Office program
