About The Role

• Report Downloading and Creation: Download and compile reports from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Presentation Creation: Develop and design presentations based on the compiled data, ensuring clarity and visual appeal.
• Update Tracker: Maintain and update trackers to monitor progress and ensure all tasks are on schedule.
• Update MOP Board: Regularly update the MOP board with the latest information and metrics.
• Data Gathering: Collect and organize data from different departments and sources to support reporting needs.
• Administrative Work: Perform general administrative tasks related to reporting, including filing, documentation, and communication with relevant stakeholders.
  
  

About You

• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Management, or a related field.
• An experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) – Knowledgeable of PowerApps is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
