Analyst - Data Management

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Data Processing Team at Marsh. This role is will be based in Manila, Philippines. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Data Processing team is pivotal in processing, monitoring, and reporting placement data. This data is essential for analytics and empowers the business to provide superior service to our clients through informed, data-driven decision-making.

We will count on you to:

• Perform placement data processing and analysis to support business improvement and strategy projects.
• Ensure the highest quality and integrity of data for accurate, consistent, and timely information enterprise wide.
• Identify and raise data quality anomalies to a direct manager for timely resolution.
• Adhere to departmental standards to comply with industry regulatory requirements and company-specific procedures.
• Complete process analyses accurately with guidance from senior colleagues to meet and exceed stakeholder needs.

• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
• Zealous in data management.
• Good analytical skills, with inquisitive mind and initiative.
• Proven ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and precision in data handling and documentation.
