Position Summary

The Business System Support Analyst role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing supply chain systems to ensure they meet business needs. This position involves working closely with operations, IT and supply chain teams to provide technical support, resolve issues, and implement system improvements.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for supply chain systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand system requirements and enhancements.
  • Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and improvements.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides.
  • Train end-users on system functionalities and best practices.
  • Work with vendors and external partners to manage system integrations and upgrades.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within supply chain systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in system support or a similar role, preferably in supply chain or logistics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Knowledge And Skills

  • Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes
  • Working experience of relevant software (e.g. JDE or AMOS or Crunch Time) is a plus
  • Demonstrate a degree of creativity with Strong communication skills & Attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
