Major Duties:

Experience:
- Serves as single point of contact between Wealth Management client servicing teams and internal partner groups. Facilitates investment related activity (Cash Request, Model Change, Tax Harvesting, and Halt/Resume Trading initiated through Salesforce or eRM Case Management
- Establishes an effective working relationship with the client servicing teams (Portfolio Managers & Advisors, Investment Associates and Investment Product Groups), CITS and other internal partner groups to ensure a positive client experience
- Closely reviews instructions provided in the case to ensure event is processed accurately, efficiently and routed to the necessary resolver group for execution. Researches any issues and follows up with corrective action
- Initiates investment manager notifications as required and partners with product groups (NTSI, MAG, trading team, etc.) to raise cash or invest additional contributions. Conducts peer reviews to confirm instructions prior to submission
- Monitors the turnaround time on all assigned activity. Communicates with partner groups to ensure tasks and assignments are processed within the established service level standard deadlines
- Expected to use some initiative but refer more complex problems to supervisors/experts
- Knowledgeable of the core aspects of the job
- Working towards becoming proficient in all areas of the job
Knowledge:
- Effective interpersonal skills; solid verbal and written communication, attention to detail (accuracy), ability to multi-task and prioritize work, time management, and organization
- In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required
- Analytical skills and problem solving skills are also required to analyze, resolve exceptions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint strongly preferred
- General knowledge of the financial service industry and markets
Experience:
- A College/University degree or financial trust and custody services, security industry or other related client servicing experiencing, usually acquired through formal training or prior experience is required
