Luminaprint is an e-commerce and manufacturing company specializing in the print-on-demand (POD) space. We build, manage, and scale our own in-house brands on Amazon. Our success is built on data-driven strategies and a team that is genuinely passionate about the Amazon ecosystem.


We’re seeking a highly dedicated Amazon PPC Strategist to take ownership of our brands' advertising strategies. In this role, you won’t be alone. You will work in close collaboration with our PPC/Marketing Manager, brainstorming, co-developing strategies, and driving our brands toward ambitious growth and profitability goals.


What You’ll Do


  • Manage & Optimize Amazon PPC Campaigns: Strategically create, launch, and optimize Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display campaigns for our portfolio of in-house brands.
  • Develop & Co-Own Strategy: Work side-by-side with the PPC Manager to brainstorm, set targets, and define high-impact strategies focused on growth and profitability (ACOS, TACOS, CVR, CTR).
  • Execute Advanced Keyword Research: Identify high-potential keywords and new opportunities for product launches and continuous campaign optimization.
  • Analyze & Report Performance: Conduct deep-dive analysis using Excel and Google Sheets, providing actionable insights and clear performance reports.
  • Optimize Budgets & Bidding Strategies: Continuously monitor ad spend to ensure efficiency, drive profitability, and maximize results.
  • Collaborate & Organize: Work closely with the internal team and use Trello (or similar tools) to manage tasks, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify underperformance areas and implement strategic optimizations to improve key metrics.


What You’ll Need


  • Proven Amazon PPC Experience: A strong track record of managing Amazon PPC campaigns (experience with in-house brands or working in an agency environment is a major plus).
  • Advanced Excel & Google Sheets Skills: High proficiency in Excel for deep-dive analytics, pivot tables, and campaign reporting.
  • PPC Automation Software: Familiarity with Amazon PPC automation tools (such as ScaleInsights or similar platforms) is a major plus.
  • Data-Driven & Results-Oriented: Strong problem-solving abilities with a resourceful mindset and a focus on achieving measurable results.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication skills in English (verbal + written) for effective team collaboration and research.
  • High Attention to Detail: An "extreme attention to detail" and a highly organized, results-driven approach.
  • Passion for Amazon: A genuine interest in the Amazon platform, e-commerce trends, and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Trello Proficiency: Experience using Trello or similar project management tools for task management.
